ANTHROPOLOGICAL AND COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH IN THE SYSTEM OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE METHODOLOGY: NATURE AND CONTENT

Abstract
The author defines the features of the doctrinal understanding of nature and the content of anthropological and communicative methodological approach as an element of the system of methodology of scientific cognition. The theoretical and legal aspects of the application of the anthropological-communicative methodological approach to the knowledge of law are investigated. The cognitive potential of the anthropo-communicative methodological approach to the identification and characteristics of cognitive aspects of law is established. The nature and content of anthropological and communicative methodological approach are found out.
