Journal Title: Актуальна інфектологія - Year 2017, Vol 5, Issue 5
Abstract
The state of antibiotic susceptibility of bacterial infectious agents was analyzed in the period from 2012 to 2016 in 498 patients. The bulk — children aged 0 months to 18 years. The main material for the study was a smear from the pharynx (41 %), feces (17 %), a nasal swab (13 %), urine (10 %). The main pathogens were identified: Staphylococcus aureus (66 %), Streptococcus pneumoniae (1 %), Klebsiella pneumoniae (5 %), Streptococcus pyogenes (15 %). The antibiotic susceptibility of S.aureus to antibacterial agents of the cephalosporin group, fluoroquinolones, carbopenems; Str.pyogenes — to the antibacterial agents of the cephalosporin group has been detected in biological isolates of specimens from children with various infectious pathologies.
