ANTINOSOGENIC PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC INFLUENCES OF PSYCHOENDOCRINE SYNDROME IN THE THYROID GLAND AND THE ADRENAL CORTEX PATHOLOGY
Journal Title: Psychiatry, Neurology and Medical Psychology - Year 2017, Vol 4, Issue 1
Abstract
In order to form a psychotherapy system in patients with psychoendocrine syndrome that developed on the background of thyroid gland and adrenal cortex metabolic disorders, a prospective study of 300 patients undergoing therapy in Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Center of Endocrine Surgery, Transplantation of Endocrine Organs and Tissues of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine was conducted. A type-specific contranozogenic and contrasemiotical psychotherapy and psychorehabilitation system orientated on patients with impaired thyroid hormone and adrenal cortex metabolism, is implemented in two vectors: decreasing the effect of nosogenic psychotraumatisation factors and correcting psychopathological semiotics. The developed system demonstrates a high level of efficiency on pathopsychological and psychopathological components of the psychoendocrinal syndrome in endocrine dysfunctions compensation state in all groups of patients.
