Antioxidant Foods and Diseases: Natural Antioxidants for Healthy Life

Abstract
In this review first, general information on oxidants, antioxidants and molecular mechanisms of some diseases are given in order to understand importance of natural antioxidants in our health and then, scientific background for the safe use of the natural antioxidants is explained.
