APPLICATION OF ADAPTIVE METHODS AND MODELS FOR PREDICTING THE GROSS PROFIT OF PJSC "POLTAVA TURBOMECHANICAL PLANT"

Abstract
The present work investigates the problem of gross profit prediction for Poltava Turbo-Mechanical Plant for the 2016 year. The gross profit prediction is designed using Holt-Winters seasonal multiplicative model and weighted moving averages function. The authors pointed out the optimal result. The designed models are tested for the correspondence to adequacy conditions. The work targeted the practical application as assistance for economic activities of different enterprises. The results can be used for teaching purposes.
