APPLICATION OF BIOFEEDBACK IN SPORTING ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The article describes biofeedback a method of and his application in sports activities. It is shown that one effective way of self-regulation in modern sports activities for correction of negative emotional states, is the method of biological feedback.
