Application of dietary supplements by slimmers to maintain proper condition of skin, hair and nails

Abstract
The slimmers are particularly vulnerable to deficiencies of vitamins and mineralswhat is reflected in the appearance of their skin, hair and nails, as well as increases the likelihood of developing civilization diseases. This is why well-balanced diet is such important. One of the simplest and the most frequent method of leveling the shortage of nutriments is dietary supplementation. The most popular are formulations with vitamins and zinc, cooper and selenium, however the essential fatty acids (EFAs) are still underestimated component of food. The aim of work was to introduce the knowledge concerning the influence of adequate and well-balanced diet on the organism of people that have ever been subjected to diet, as well as to estimate the preferences regarding the supplements.
