Journal Title: Нирки - Year 2014, Vol 4, Issue 10
Abstract
The article presents data on clinical efficacy, tolerability and safety of immunoprophylaxis of acute respiratory viral infections and exacerbation of episodes of acute inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract in children with chronic glomerulonephritis. It is shown that use of Imupret in combination therapy of chronic glomerulonephritis in children leads to a reduction by 2.2 times of the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections, by 1.6 times — the number of episodes of acute inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract and by 32 % — the incidence of chronic glomerulonephritis exacerbations.
