APPLICATION OF MODERN ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES IF THE REPAIR AND REHABILITATION WORKS WILL BE CARRIED OUT

Abstract

The introduction of electrotechnology is associated with the significant technological lagging behind the agro-industrial sector from the level of developed countries, especially in the creation of non-waste technologies for the production, processing and storage of agricultural products. The solution of problems should be done by developing modern technologies, including electrical engineering, which should lead to a significant reduction in energy intensity, the creation of highly efficient techniques and technologies for better processing of agricultural products, production and storage, as well as reduction of specific costs in the process of repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery. The purpose of the study is to analyze modern technologies for the restoration and repair of agricultural machinery, electrical equipment and the development of proposals for their use in various technological processes. Electrotechnology is successfully implemented in various industries in many countries of the world. Increased interest in electronics in these countries is confirmed by an increase in annual investments, for example, in the US from $ 8 to $ 35 million, an increase in the number of electrotechnical installations, for example, in Japan by 43 %, Russia by 21 %. Electrostatic method of coating production (powder, liquid paints), including and the method of electrodeposition, today according to the volume of sales in various industries is about 82 – 85 % of the volume of production of all coatings. Today it can be argued that in some cases, electrotechnology in general, due to the growth of modern requirements for product quality and technical and economic indicators, can not be replaced by other technologies. Increased efficiency and resource conservation in the process of repair and restoration of agricultural machinery occupy a special place in the so-called "final" or "finish" operations, including in the production of protective and decorative coatings, the quality and stability of which greatly affects the increase in terms and conditions of operation, as well as the reliability of electrical equipment. Electro-paints, and above all, high-voltage sources (generators and rectifiers), paint sprays based on the use of centrifugal forces in the electrostatic field, pneumatic electrospunches and paint systems are successfully produced in many countries around the world (USA, Canada, Japan, Germany, Russia, Belarus, etc.). In tabl. 2 shows the technical characteristics of a number of high-voltage sources used in electrical paints. This equipment is used not only for equipping high-performance automated and robotic painting lines, but also with the success of electro-painting of small batches of products in the conditions of small farms in the form of mobile small-size installations or directly in the form of manual electro-paint sprays. Despite the considerable diversity, electro-painting equipment does not have significant differences, except for the design, which is related to the applications
