Abstract
In the field of dentistry, new treatment protocols are budding day by day to combat human ailments in a much better way. One such advancement is the application of ozone in dentistry. Ozone has several properties includes analgesic, immunostimulant and antimicrobial properties. This review throws light on the history, properties, biological actions and uses in the field of dentistry, contraindications of ozone.
