APPLICATION OF REFERENCE IN SUBJECT COMPETENCES STUDENTS OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS ON PHYSICS

Abstract
The article presents the author’s views on the definition of subject competence of students in the new program of physics for primary schools indicated the need for correction formulations allocation essence of competence approach in physical education and differences competency approach of «Knowledge». On the basis of the theoretical foundations of competence approach in education and assessment opportunities for physics as a school subject: has been suggested on the need to strengthen the role of elements of applied physics in the general physical education; highlighted a number of challenges facing school physics for the effective implementation personality oriented, activity and competency approaches; the system applied competencies of students, the formation of which is a prerequisite for the implementation of competence approach in physical education.
