APPLICATION OF SPECIAL TYPES OF EXEMPTION FROM CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR CORRUPTION CRIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the use of special types of dismissal from criminal responsibility for corruption crimes. The author examines the relationship between the theoretical content of the special rules of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the practice of their implementation by the judicial and investigative authorities. The prospect of further improvement of the mentioned institute of encouragement is revealed. It is proposed to provide in the Criminal Code of Ukraine the following obligatory conditions for application of the exemption from criminal liability for corruption crimes: a voluntary notification to the relevant official; active assistance in the disclosure of crimes (which includes: detection, prevention and investigation); committing a corruption crime for the first time; compensation for damage caused.
