Application of the principle of equality of citizens before law in the jurisdictional activity of the subject of public administration.

Abstract
The article investigates the actual issues of the application of the principle of equality of citizens before the law in the jurisdiction of public administration actors. The analysis of normative legal acts of Ukraine, which constitute the regulatory and legal basis for the implementation of the jurisdictional activity of public administration entities, has been carried out, which allows the author to assume that all requirements to it should be fixed, including the observance of the principle of equality during the consideration of administrative cases and taking decisions on bringing to administrative responsibility, the selection of the corresponding penalty and its imposition, etc. The author stresses the need for a radical change in the approach of the subjects of normative authorities to the regulation of the principle of equality and the mechanism for its provision.
