APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY OF CITIZENS BEFORE THE LAW IN THE REMEDY ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATORS BY INDIVIDUAL DIRECTIONS

Abstract
The article investigates the actual issues of applying the principle of equality of citizens to the law in the law enforcement activities of the subjects of public administration in certain areas. The analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine on this issue was conducted. The author emphasizes the unsatisfactory state of the normative-legal provision of the principle of equality in the law-enforcement activity of the subjects of public administration. The author argues that in order to create positive conditions in which the principle of equality becomes effective, it is necessary to develop and consolidate at the normative level the application of the principle of equality (or only in law enforcement activities, or in general in public administration, including law-making).
