Abstract
The article examines the theory and practice of application of urgent measures to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights and preservation of relevant evidence as a way of protection of rights on database. Analyzed national legislation and international law in this area. Determined features to ensure the application of particular measures and securing evidence for the defense of the rights to the database. Particular attention is paid to the volume of evidence that should be provided to the competent judicial authority for the application of these measures, the list of actions that may prohibit or require the court to make.
