APPLYING OF IT-TECHNOLOGIES – FUTURE OF RESTAURANT BUSINESS

Abstract
The article deals with innovations in the field of restaurant business – an electronic menu. Types, advantages and disadvantages in applying at the restaurant establishments have been investigated. The cost and system characteristics of the electronic menus were determined. The structure of work and interaction of the main actions in the electronic menu was considered. The expediency of introduction of the electronic menu in restaurant restaurants was substantiated. Perspectives of applying of visual effects by means of 3D-projecting was considered.
