APPROACHES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE MODERN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of creating a mechanism for the development of a universal model of a comprehensive system for assessing the efficiency of an enterprise of any form of ownership through the organization of the preparation of a universal model of integrated assessment of the effectiveness of the personnel management system as the main resource of an enterprise or organization, regardless of the sphere of activity.
