APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF AN ENERGY STRATEGY BASED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY

Abstract
The article defines the directions of creating organizational structures in the renewed energy. The main functions on which controlling services should be oriented are formulated. The concept of the holocluster, as well as the principles of its formation, is disclosed in the work, the schematic structure of the holocluster is presented. The legislative and regulatory framework for renewable energy sources is analyzed, the schematic structure of legal regulation of renewable energy in Ukraine is presented.
