APPROXIMATE METHODS OF INVESTIGATING FLEXIBLY VIBRATING MECHANICAL AND MECHATRONIC SYSTEMS AS INTRODUCTION TO THEIR SYNTHESIS REPRESENTED BY GRAPHS

Abstract
In this paper the models of transverse vibrating clamped-free and free-free beams modeled by five-vertex hypergraphs have been presented. Next, the physical aspect of this formulation, i.e. dynamic flexibilities of the beams determined by the exact method and approximate one, for example the Galerkin method, were recommended. The “reduction” of generalized coordinates, in the case of determination of the dynamical characteristics by means of the approximate method was an assumption to modeling the examined beams by means of three-vertex hypergraphs. This concept may be an introduction to synthesis: transverse vibrating beams with a constant changeable cross-section or the synthesis of subsystems of discrete-continuous mechatronic systems as well.
