ARCHITECTONICS OF STATE INVESTMENT POLICY

Abstract
An attention of this article is devoted to the description of some of the most common sections of state investment policy and strategies for the implementation after its creation and adoption. It is proved that the effectiveness of state investment policy depends on the purpose of its adoption, funding sources, and other components. In the course of the study, disclosed the content of the main sections, which should be included in the program document confirming the adoption of the state investment policy. These include: scope, objectives, a division of powers and responsibilities, ethics and conflict of interest, financial institutions, recommendations for protection, guarantees, and reporting. Observance of architectonics is one of the tools of active investment policy and reflects the goals and priorities of socio-economic development of the country.
