ARCHIVAL MATERIALS IN THE RESEARCH OF STALINIST REPRESSIONS AGAINST CITIZENS OF POLISH NATIONALITY IN SOUTHERN UKRAINE IN 1930s

Abstract
In the article based on archives and other sources is the analysis of the state of scientific development of problem of repressions representatives of Poles in 1930th on South of Ukraine. Documents of State archives funds of the South Ukraine include lots of information. The main source for the study of repression in Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odessa region is investigatory records about repressed people that were available to scientists due to a number of declassifying archives, including archives of the security services. Archival documents saved records about mass indignation of Poles at policies of the Bolsheviks, peasants argue against collectivization, closing, destruction and desecration of churches. In this regard, Bolsheviks have spread false accusations of Poles in «espionage». Thus, according to the archives, a large number of Poles in southern Ukraine were accused of carried out counter-revolutionary propaganda, espionage and belonging to the «POV» and most of those people were sentenced to death. Using archival materials in the re-search of Stalinist repressions against citizens of Polish nationality in the south of Ukraine in this period is an im-portant component for the rehabilitation of victims of illegal repression and the restoration of historical justice, has considerable influence on the development of historical science and the formation of national memory and conscious-ness of Ukrainians and Poles
