Abstract
Anul 1945, a fost unul al schimbării radicale a statutului României în Europa. Conferinţele de la Ialta și Postdam au reamenajat harta continentului și au plasat România în zona de influenţă a U.R.S.S conform principiului formulat de Stalin într‑o întâlnire cu Milovan Djillas: graniţa între sistemele politice este dată de prezenţa armatei proprii pe acel teritoriu.
