Armed Forces of Ukraine as main instrument providing of independ- ence of the Ukrainian state

Abstract

In the article marked, that by a main mechanism in providing of national safety of the Ukrainian state must play the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Exactly the Armed Forces in accor- dance with Constitution of Ukraine must guarantee her sovereignty, territorial integrity and to provide the reliable protecting of national interests from soldiery threats. Attention applies on that at forming of Strategy of program runs in the conditions of calls and threats Ukrainian power must use the decisive actions sent to the system revival and reformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, all to the sector of national safety of the Ukrainian state and his due and permanent financing. Considerable attention is spared to this range of problems in connec- tion with the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine. The article states that the primary role in ensuring of the national security of the Ukrainian state should play the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukraine, based on the need to ensure their own safety and defense, aware of its responsibility in the maintenance of inter- national stability as a sovereign, independent, democratic, social, legal state has an Armed Forces of Ukraine with a required level of combat readiness and combat effectiveness. According to Art. 1 of the Law of Ukraine «About the Armed Forces of Ukraine» Ukraine’s Armed Forces is a military formation, which according to the Constitution of Ukraine defens- es its sovereignty, integrity and territorial inviolability. Practice today shows that the trans- formation of Ukrainian defense policy to a new state, which should meet the threats and chal- lenges of the XXI century, we note that the formation of the Strategy Action program Ukrainian authorities must take decisive action to reform the system recovery and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the wholenational security sector of Ukrainian state and its proper and permanent financing. Much attention is paid to this issue in connection with the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine.
