АРХІТЕКТОНІКА ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ВІДНОСИН В МЕХАНІЗМІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ СПЕЦІАЛЬНИХ РЕЖИМІВ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ

Abstract
Стаття присвячена пошуку елементів інноваційних відносин, які можуть стати об’єктом спеціального правового режиму інноваційної діяльності. Автором розглянуто та доповнено структуру національної інноваційної системи та визначені ті її підсистеми, що потребують активізації діяльності. Зауважено, що адресний підхід до формування механізму спеціального режиму має базуватися на диференціації сфер господарювання та визначення, де такий режим може створити сприятливі умови для інноваційного розвитку. Як потенційні об’єкти спеціального режиму господарювання запропоновано розглядати також і виробничі кластери та окремі види технологій.
