AS TO DEFINITION OF “INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS” IN LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of “internally displaced persons” in the legislation of Ukraine. Consider the use of the term in legislation and regulations. Indicated on application in the laws and regulations of different definitions of persons who were internally displaced. Formulate proposals to amend the legislation on the use of the term “internally displaced persons”.
