As to the legal understanding of the notions of “security”, “public safety”, “national security”

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the concepts of “security”, “public safety”, “national security”. On the basis of an analysis of these legal categories, the author states that security is the security and security of national values from external and internal threats guaranteed by constitutional, legislative and practical system measures. The classification of security in terms of threats to perceived values is proposed: external security is the protection of national values and lifestyles from threats from the outside; internal security, which includes social relations connected with the prevention or elimination of the threat to life and health of people, their property (property) within the country.
