ASIAN MODEL OF INFORMATION SOCIETY LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article investigates the basic principles of the information society in Asia based on current legislation. Particular attention is paid to the approaches of legal regulation of the state in the development of the information society. It was determined that the East is the actual development of information and communication technologies to the needs of society as a whole. The Japanese model of legal regulation of information society is characterized by the principles of gratitude, harmony and justice. The main purpose of the use of ICT in society is access to new knowledge and capabilities. Chinese model of legal regulation of information society focused on the legal regulation of ICT for economic development. The Singapore model of legal regulation of the information society is represented through the introduction of information technologies in all spheres of society. Creation of e-government is a top priority in Singapore, as society becomes closer to the bodies of state and local authorities through e-education, e-health, e-tax system, electronic customs, electronic environmental management system, etc. In general, the study in the theory of the Asian model has its particularity. We study not only the positive aspects of the use of information and communication technologies, but also points to their negative aspects in perspective.
