Асиміляція цінності успіху як мотиваційна основа життєвої стратегії сучасної молоді

Abstract
Метою статті є аналіз проблеми цінності успіху як мотиваційної основи життєвої стратегії сучасної молоді на основі дослідження сприйняття успіху студентами-першокурсниками одного з технічних закладів вищої освіти України. У статті робить- ся спроба узагальнити погляди сучасних студентів на поняття «успіх», «успішна людина», «риси успішної людини». Зазначено, що для сучасної молоді прагнення до успіху є однією з провідних життєвих цінностей, мотиваційною основою життєвої стратегії.
