Aspect Radiologique Des Atteintes Primitives Du Mésentère.

Abstract
.Introduction :Le mésentère est l’organe de soutien de l’intestin grêle, il peut être la cible d’atteintes primitives ou secondaires, son exploration est facile par la TDM multi-détecteur, l’objectif de notre étude est d’illustrer les atteintes primitives du mésentère. Matériel et méthode :Etude rétrospective incluant 69 observations des atteintes primitives du mésentère colligées au service de radiologie du CHU de Fès, Maroc, sur une durée de 4 ans (Janvier 2014- Décembre 2017). L'exploration des patients comporteuneéchographieabdominale, un scanner abdomino-pelvienou thoracoabdomino-pelvien, une IRM pourcertains patients. Une confirmation anatomopathologique a étéobtenue pour les casnécessitantune confirmation pré-thérapeutique. Résultat : Les principales atteintes mésentériques primitives retrouvées sont : 7cas de tumeurs solides (2 tumeurs desmoïdes, 2 liposarcomes, 2 paragangliomes, un cas de leiomyosarcome et un cas de GIST mésentérique), 18 cas de pseudotumeurs (9 panniculites mésentériques, 8 mésentérites rétractiles et 2 appendagites), 42 lésions kystiques (17 kystes hydatiques, 10 hématomes mésentériques, 6 duplications digestives, 6 kystes dermoïdes et 3 lymphangiomes kystiques). La sémiologieradiologiqueest variable selonl’atteinte. Conclusion :L’étude du mésentère doit être systématique lors de toute exploration abdominale car certaines atteintes primitives présentent une sémiologie radiologique typique doit être connue par tout radiologue.
