ASPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting one of the important aspects of the future teacher’s training, especially the formation of the motivational component – the essential component of the teacher's activity. The analysis of the scientific sources on the field of the problem has been done. In addition, the unexplored areas have been identified. The author focuses on the content essence and the meaning of the motivational component in the structure of the teacher's activity, his or her motives and needs, value orientations. The contents of definite categories are disclosed. It is highlighted, that motivational orientation is the dynamic structural component of teacher’s training during all years of studying at the university. Thus, it is accentuated, that conformity of the individual typological and physiological features of the profession, chosen by the person, is the base of the successful professional activity of the specialist. All things considered, motivational readiness of the personality for the future profession plays the particular role.
