Assessment of innovative potential during capitalization of agrarian and economic systems

Abstract
Structure of indicators of expenditures of economic systems on development of innovative potential is presented. It is proposed to use spending approach to assessment of specific weight of innovative potential during general capitalization of agrarian and economic systems. Advantages and disadvantages of this approach are considered.
