ASSESSMENT OF PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT OF MULTINATIONAL COMPANY

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the existing approaches to the concept of “personnel development”, as well as the systematization and analysis of methods for assessment of company’s personnel development in the context of cross-cultural management. As a result of the research it was revealed that it is necessary to assess and study personnel development of multinational company on the basis of a system approach, because of in the context of cross-cultural management it is necessary to take into account characteristics of the influence of cross-cultural external environment. It is also established that the most objective methods for assessment of company's personnel development are combined methods, including both quantitative and qualitative (analytical-descriptive) elements that allow the quantitatively measure different levels of work performance in company.
