ASSESSMENT OF PERSONNEL IN THE CONTEXT OF ENSURING OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT AT ENTERPRISE LEVEL

Abstract

Mainstream of modern economical science is “expansion” of socio-humanitarian approaches into the management. The problem of ensuring human development becomes relevant in the context of the organization’s strategic resource create to ensure high competitiveness. The article is devoted to the study of the role of assessment procedures in ensuring the development of the human potential of the organization as a component of human development. The emphasis is placed on the relevance of the objectives and content of evaluation procedures. The possibility of using the Assessment Center assessment procedure to identify the employees’ value potential is considered.
