ASSESSMENT OF THE COMPONENTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND HEALTH WORK IN THE SYSTEM OF PHYSICAL TRAINING OF YOUTH

Abstract
Based on a theoretical study, the components of the assessment of physical culture and health work in a higher education institution are identified. The research data on the health status of young people aged 14–35 is not exhausted, since it covers the age range from 14 to 21–22 years and ignores the age group within 22–35 years. When choosing criteria for assessing the health of young people, one should focus on the criteria developed separately for two age subgroups: children and the adult population. Further research should be directed to the development of a mathematical model for evaluating the effectiveness of sports and recreation activities in the conditions of a higher education institution, which can be the basis for the formation of professional competence of a future specialist.
