ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECT OF HIGH-FREQUENCY RADIATION ON BIOLOGICAL TISSUES

Abstract

The exploration of the influence of high frequency electromagnetic radiation on biological tissues was carried out and its thermal influence was estimated. The measurement of the intensity of the high frequency radiation of the “Porog-3” apparatus is performed in all modes of operation. Differences in radiation exposure depending on the type of biological tissue and environmental parameters are established. The dependence of the temperature change of the biological object on the time of exposure is determined. The method of selection of optimal parameters of microwave therapy is developed. Formulas for determining the dose and intensity of radiation are taken into account the temperature gradients of the environment. Conducted comparative calculations. Errors of dose and radiation intensity were established and analyzed. The possibility of decreasing irradiation doses without losing of therapeutic effect is substantiated.
