ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF AVIATION ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of the content and essence of the definition of strategic management at aviation enterprises. The article substantiates the necessity of using strategic management at domestic aviation enterprises. The complexity of this process is that when developing a strategy, an advanced search and evaluation of alternatives to strategic management decisions that are most fully consistent with the mission of the aviation enterprise and its development objectives is being developed. Strategic management at the aviation enterprise is the definition of long-term strategic goals and objectives for this enterprise, which includes the formation, management and planning of its strategic resources in order to increase the cost of the aviation enterprise, provided the strategic balance is maintained. Structurally, strategic management in the aviation business consists of: strategic asset management, strategic capital management, strategic investment management, strategic cash flow management, strategic risk management, strategic management of crisis management, strategic management of strategic objectives alignment, and quality management of strategic aviation business activities. Summarizing the theoretical principles of the implementation of strategic management in the aviation enterprise, it is worth summarizing the essence of the interpretation of strategic management as a long-term, qualitatively defined direction of strategic activity of the aviation enterprise with an orientation to strategic opportunities, following which the enterprise solves the problem of behavior in both the internal and external environment and implementation of which is reflected in strategic indicators. They ensure the effective achievement and support of the competitive advantages of the aviation enterprise in the long run. This methodological approach should be taken into account when preparing national methods for assessing the effectiveness of strategic management in aviation enterprises of Ukraine.
