Assignments for improvement of state regulation in the sphere of pharmaceutical activity in Ukraine

Abstract
This article reveals modern assignments for further improvement of domestic state regulation in the sphere of pharmaceutical activity, as well as contains analysis of key features of pharmaceutical activity, peculiarities of domestic pharmaceutical market development, state policy in the field of production, quality control and re- alization of medicines. Author`s analyzed the key modern issues regarding improve- ment of administrative and economic methods, applied in the sphere of pharmaceuti- cal activity, and compared legislation in the field with the one of the Commonwealth of Independent States, European Union.
