ASSORTMENT MANAGEMENT: EVALUATION OF METHODS

Abstract
The article considers the issues of assortment policy management and evaluation of the efficiency of methods of forming the assortment of the enterprise. The relevance of the concept of assortment policy management at the enterprise was investigated. The methods of assortment policy by the criteria of managerial efficiency are analyzed. It is offered the classification of modern methods of assortment policy management based on such management criteria as economic, organizational and social. The scientific novelty of this article is determined by the result of analysis of existing methods, their systematization and allocation of the most effective and economically feasible for conducting at the enterprise and that meet the demands of the modern market.
