Asymptomatic Localized Chronic Ascendıng Aortic Dissection in a Patient who Survived for more than Ten Years with Medical Follow Up

Abstract
We represent a case of asymptomatic isolated chronic ascending aortic dissection that lasted for fifteen years in which a patient was only followed up with medical therapy that saved him from early surgical intervention.
