ATTITUDES OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS OF DIFFERENT RANKS TO WARDS TRAINING EXERCISES OF RECOVERY

Abstract
Tra i ning exer ci ses of re co very of spor tsmen in clu de both exer ci ses implying higher le vel of tra i ning and exer ci ses of op ti mal re co very of spor tsmen. In or der to use tra i ning exer ci ses of re co very best way it is ne ces sary to know how they re act to the body of a spor tsman con cer ning the ir cha rac ter and length. It is al so ne ces sary to ta ke in to con si de ra tion the fact that hu man body adapts equ ally both to bur den and ade qua te re co very exer ci ses. To in cre a se the ef fi ci ency of tra i ning exer ci ses of re co very it is ine vi ta ble to use dif fe rent exer ci ses and met hods chan ging the ir use, that is, they sho uld be ap plied in a com plex way con si de ring the ir chan ge de pen ding on sport ac ti vi ti es and struc tu re of tra i ning pro cess. The aim of the study is to check and analyse at ti tu des of fooyball players of dif fe rent ranks to wards tra i ning exer ci ses of re co very. The sam ple of exa mi ne es con sists of 120 fo ot bal lers of dif fe rent ranks (su per le a gue of Ser bia = 43, the fi rst le a gue of Ser bia = 40 and Ser bian le a gue = 37). The sam ple of va ri a bles con sists of the system of 10 at ti tu des (cla ims), and each at ti tu de (cla im) con sists of 5 ver bal cate go ri es (mar ked from -2 to +2). To de ter mi ne mul ti va ri a te and uni va ri a te sig ni fi can ce of dif fe ren ces bet we en fo ot bal lers of dif fe rent com pe ti tion ranks mul ti va ri a te analysis of va ri an ce (MA NO VA) and uni va ri a te analysis of va ri an ce (ANO VA) ha ve been applied. Con cer ning the at ti tu des of tra i ning exer ci ses of re co very sta ti sti cally sig ni fi cant dif fe ren ces we re got bet we en the gro ups whe re 7 out of 10 at ti tu des we re dif fe rent. Concer ning the cor re la tion two types of at ti tu des we re no ti ced. Fo ot bal lers of dif fe rent com pe ti tion ranks do not ha ve the sa me at ti tu des to wards tra i ning exer ci ses of re co very.
