Abstract
The development of society as a whole and of individual economic entities, in particular, based on providing the growth of national wealth expanded reproduction of material values. Its basis is an investment. The purpose of writing this research paper is to analyze the investment potential in the energy sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also, identify the most promising areas of development and production of energy products and their markets and consumption.
