AUDITING OF BONUS THE PERSONNEL OF ENTERPRISES OF DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP FORMS

Abstract

Researched the theoretical bases and practical aspects of audit of the material stimulation of the personnel of enterprises. It was established that the introduction of motivational audit at the enterprise will ensure the effectiveness of the system of employee motivation management. Innovative approaches to organization of personnel bonus are offered.
