AUTOMATED CONTROL OF TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT. TECHNICAL, ECONOMIC AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The system designed for automated controlling of traffic rules observance, detection of traffic accident occurance and its causes ascertainment is described. The functioning of the system is based on the simultaneous processing of the vehicle movement parameters, determined by means of satellite navigation, and the traffic rules.
