Automated Financial Advice (Robo-advice) – Advice of the Future or Future without Advice

Abstract
The banking sector is changing under the influence of modern technologies and digitization. As a part of an innovative approach traditional banking facilities are switching to remote access channels, which is affecting the customer-bank relationship. The article deals with the changing face of financial consulting as a result of introducing robo-advisers. The author considers the future and the role of humans in the advisory process, and attempts to answer the title question.
