Avaliação da usabilidade na web: Biblioteca Eletrônica Scielo e a base de dados Scopus

Abstract
This paper discusses the assessment of usability in the Web, with a focus on the usability of the electronic libraries SciELO and the Scopus. Usability techniques and assessment methods are identified, and the two databases are compared at the end. For the accomplishment of the usability assessment, the list of verification and inspection and the heuristics prepared by Amaral and Nascimento (2010) were used. In conclusion, although having a friendly interface, both SciELO and Scopus showed usability problems.
