Avaliação Microinfiltração de restaurações Cinco Temporárias endodôntico

Abstract
Introdução e objecttiivvee: O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a infiltração marginal, através da passagem de íons de níquel, em cinco tipos de materiais utilizados na clínica de Endodontia, com restaurações temporárias endodontia: Coltosol ; Tempore mais (DFL), Cimento de Zinco Smith (Lee); Vitro Fill (DFL); New Bond (Technew). Material e métodos: Neste estudo 56 dentes unirradiculares foram utilizados conservado em solução de timol 0,1%. Os espécimes foram divididos em: Grupo I - Coltosol , grupo II - Tempore mais , grupo III - Cimento de Zinco , grupo IV - Vitro-Fill , grupo V - New Bond . A bolinha de algodão umedecido com uma solução de 1% dimetilglioxima foi colocada na câmara pulpar eo selamento das cavidades de acesso foi feito com os materiais a serem tested.The espécimes foram imersos em NiSO4 5% para 7 dias. A área infiltrada foi medido em mm2 com auxílio do software Image Tool. RESULTADOS: Os grupos I, II e V apresentaram valores significativamente menores de infiltração de grupos III e IV. No entanto, não houve diferença estatística entre os grupos III e IV, e entre os grupos I, II e V. Conclusão: Os grupos I, II e V (Coltosol , Tempore mais e New Bond ) apresentou o melhor resultados, embora cada restauração tinha permitido a infiltração de corante.
