Awareness of General Practitioners Regarding Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Risk Factors

Abstract

In this article there are presented the results of an anonymous survey of general practitioners regarding their awareness of risk factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus. The data obtained justify the need to give more attention to this issue at the stage of postgraduate education, because work with risk factors of disease is the key point to prevention measures.
