AXIOLOGICAL CONTENT OF THE FUNCTIONS OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL OFFENSES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the value content of the functions of legal responsibility for environmental offenses. It is determined that the axiological content of the functions of legal responsibility for environmental offenses is of a systemic nature and is revealed in their meaning for the individual, society and the state.
