Abstract
У статті розглядається особливий вид сільськогосподарських угідь – багаторічні насадження. Метою дослідження є аналіз сучасного стану та ефективності використання багаторічних насаджень. В результаті дослідження багаторічні насадження показані як специфічний об’єкт експертної грошової оцінки в умовах формування ринку земель сільськогосподарського призначення.
