БАКТЕРІОЛОГІЧНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СЕЧІ У ВАГІТНИХ НА РІЗНИХ ТЕРМІНАХ ВАГІТНОСТІ: ВЛАСНИЙ ДОСВІД

Abstract
Були проаналізовані результати бактеріологічного дослідження 1719 зразків сечі жінок з терміном вагітності 7-38 тижнів, що знаходились під медичним наглядом у відділеннях Дніпропетровської міської лікарні № 9 в 2017 році. Враховували факт виділення з сечі мікроорганізмів у кількості 103-105 та більше колоніє утворюючих одиниць / мл. Позитивні результати дослідження виявили у шостій частині зразків сечі обстежених вагітних. Встановлено, що у всіх триместрах вагітності з сечі вагітних жінок переважно виділялись Enterococcus spp.та E.coli. У І триместрі в сечі обстежених вагітних домінував Enterococcus spp., у ІІ та ІІІ триместрах – E.coli. У всіх триместрах в значно меншій кількості в мікробному пейзажі сечі були представлені E.cloacae, K.pneumoniaе та P.mirabilis. Частка інших збудників виявилась зовсім малою. Встановлена резистентність Enterococcus spp. до нітрофуранів, фосфоміцину, E.coli – до ампіциліну, амоксициліна клавуланату, фосфоміцину, цефалоспоринів.
